Ethan | Cobourg Photographer
I have been photographing Ethan since he was in his mommy’s belly, and now he is 3! For his first two weeks of life, I was the one that bathed him, until his mommy got comfortable enough to do it
He used to like the camera, then he decided he hated it and would run away, cry, scream, anything to get away from it. Now I just wait….patiently….I let him do what he wants, and eventually I get him looking at me for some. He knows too that he’s being a little bum! He thinks it is very funny, and well, I get the last laugh cause I get the photos!
I will probably post some more, ones that really show his ‘attitude’…
kaleb, almost 3 months | cobourg photographer
Took Kaleb into the studio to get a couple shots of him at 3 months old. He slept for the first bit, then woke to give me some great smiles. I had a bit of a ‘funny’ happen while at the studio. I was wearing a shirt that can be strapless, or have straps. Well, I broke the one strap on my way into town, so just too the other one off. I was moving all over the place in the studio, trying to get the shots, and getting smiles and keeping kaleb happy, that i did not notice my shirt was slowly slipping. Then I walked to the front of the studio, in front of the big windows, and there was somebody walking by and they gave me a bit of a wierd look. I realized when I looked down that my shirt was down…luckily I was wearing a bra!!
More to come…
365 days have gone by | cobourg photographer
since Aleita was born. She came in today on her birthday for some fun in the studio. I wish I had video of her mommy and daddy behind me getting smiles out of her. They were dancing and singing and making all different noises. I couldn’t stop laughing. But we got some great smiles because of it. I like when parents are ok to be silly in order to get those smiles. However, I still love the serious looks. The one of her sitting on the chest with her scottish cow, I love. It was the last photo from that set up, and I don’t know why, but I love it! here is a sneak peak. I don’t have her cake shots up yet, that will be a different post, with a slideshow, so keep watching for that…
Charley, 4 months | cobourg photographer
Charley came for her second visit today, and she was much more awake then when she came as a newborn! She is long and skinny (although daddy thinks she’s chunky
) and strong. I won’t be surprised if she is sitting soon, and if she is running around before she is 1. She gave us smiles, and I know for her next session, she is going to be a ham. I can already see that daddy is going to be mush in her hands….here are a few
Isaac | Cobourg Photographer
My biggest fighter yet. Isaac is two weeks old, and his parents say that this was the fussiest he’s ever been, he normally sleeps most of the day. It’s my fault, I recently was telling somebody that my boys are usually really good, it’s the little girls that give me the fight. The first hour was spent feeding and soothing and waiting. Then when I finally got him asleep, he lasted for about 10 minutes and was awake again. So probably another hour or so went by to try to get him back asleep….however, even though he fought me, we still got some really cute ones. And would you look at that hair!?! Isn’t it to die for!? I am in LOVE with it… Isaac is a Bebe Collection, so he will be coming back from Ottawa in a few months, can’t wait to see how much his hair has grown…
little miss october | cobourg photographer
sage october came to the studio this morning for her 1 year photos. she was nice and happy, loved my quacking duck and rooster and allowed us to change set ups a few times. in the first photo, she had her dress made for her for her birthday, and it’s almost the last wear for it. her diaper had to be taken off first to fit it over her bum, but isn’t it adorable!? and that trunk she is sitting on is a new find for me, cost me a dollar (i love yard sale season…i even have clients during yard sale season bring me finds which is always amazingly nice of them!). here’s a sneak peak…
