This winter, Matt and Kristina are jumping on a plane and getting married on a beach. They wanted to get some engagement photos done so I was more then happy to do this for them! We went back to the spot that Matt proposed, so it was even that much more special!

I had fun photographing these two for their engagement photos. Dave was very easy going (which really doesn’t always happen with the guys) and Jen was up for whatever. Excited for their wedding!

I met Michelle and Dan when they brought in their little man Xander for photos (and I totally fell in love with him!) I was so little and so sweet.  Well I guess they liked me cause now I’m doing their wedding photography for next June! I can’t wait these two are so much fun to be around, it’s going to be such a fun day!

A bit of a break from all of the babies and family photos! I am excited to be photographing Marlena and Ian’s wedding this summer (if you haven’t noticed, she is going to be one beautiful bride!). They were a lot of fun and very easy going when we did their engagement session. Marlena, these are long overdue!

The other evening we went out and did David and Rosie’s engagement photos….they are finally getting married!   They are very outdoorsie (is that a word?) and love nature, so we went to a place with an awesome view. Before we left their home though, we made sure to include their baby, Kona…and he loved the attention being all on him

These two lovebirds are getting married very soon, so last week we went out for their engagement session. I am excited for their wedding, they both act very natural in front of the camera, not much guidance needed. Here is just a sneak peak into the photos!

Matt and Elaine met on the steps of the West Highschool….well maybe no on the steps of the highschool, but at highschool. They have dated a long time, and now are planning their wedding in August. (Can’t wait to see how beautiful Elaine will look in her dress!) So we thought it would be fun to do engagement photos at the highschool first. Here’s a sneak peak…

I had a lot of fun doing Matt and Stacey’s engagement photos. I was informed that Matt did not want to do any corny shots, so I had to work extra hard to make sure that didn’t happen   I have to say, Stacey is very natural in front of the camera, and takes BEAUTIFUL photos. They were both so easy going and relaxed that it was more like we were hanging out, walking around town. Here is a sneak peak…

I got to go for a nice walk yesterday in the woods with Chris and Rachel. There wedding is approaching, so we needed to get their engagement photos done. I always like to do the engagement shoot, because it let’s me see how my bride and groom are going to photograph on their wedding day. Whether they are comfortable infront of the camera, whether they need to warm up, if they are blinkers, etc. Chris and Rachel are going to be lots of fun. It’s nice when the guy is comfortable in front of the camera and doesn’t care what you want him to do. And Rachel, well I’ve known her since highschool, and I’ve always said she is one of the funniest people I know….their dog Sampson also got in some photos.

jess and sara are getting married next august, so wanted to do some fall engagement photos. we went for a drive and found some color. sara has quite the giggle, and jesse warmed up to the camera quicker then a lot of guys do, so that is always good! here are just a couple…
